Hotel Santiago & Spa

I have stayed for 3 days with my husband. Beds were being comfortable and the room was constantly clean up. The employees were being really handy and welcoming and every day made us feel good. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. The bathroom have been clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Excellent location, almost everything is close by. Staff are tremendous friendly and handy and talk fantastic English. There are activities every night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was beds are a little squeaky but that’s very small. Great quality for the price!

Hotel Santiago & Spa is located in an exceptionally central place, it truly is thoroughly clean along with the beds are certainly cozy! There is only one detail I’d recommend going forward and that is to supply additional hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Overall, I had been very happy with this place and will surely suggest it to any one planning to drop by Lugo.
